Individual Therapy for Adults
We work with adults all of all ages on a wide variety of treatment areas such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and others. People tend to come to therapy when they are suffering, and stay in therapy because they are motivated by the growth, strength, and freedom they experience. We see all of our clients at least once per week at the beginning of treatment and some may choose to be seen more or less frequently as time passes.
Therapy is often a place where people come to tell their personal stories without the fear of repercussions or judgment. We will listen to you and join with you on your journey of healing, growth, and well-being. Whether this is your first time meeting with a therapist or you’ve been in therapy since childhood, you’ll feel safe with us. We will make sure you get matched with a therapist who has expertise in your problem area and with someone you feel is a good fit.
“Pushing and forcing ourselves to heal doesn’t help when our system is already overwhelmed. An overwhelmed system doesn’t respond well to force. But to softness, curiosity, and patience while maintaining consistency.”
– Helene Joanne
